As a healthcare assistant/transport worker, you are a crucial link in the effort to prevent the spread of infections and reduce healthcare-related infections. Your role is essential for achieving a good hygienic standard and increased patient safety in accordance with our goals. We are a service unit tasked with sterilizing instruments and medical devices for hospitals, primary care, and dental care. Currently, we have eight employees, and you will be welcomed into a close-knit team with a pleasant work environment and a family-like atmosphere.

You will manage and ensure the quality of instruments throughout the entire workflow. Cleaning, disinfection, inspection, and maintenance of instruments, as well as sterilization and inventory management, are part of the daily work. As an employee with us, you are also responsible for ensuring that operations are conducted in accordance with established goals and that they develop in line with scientific advancements, regulations, and the demands of the environment.

About You

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a trained healthcare assistant. If you are a healthcare assistant and/or have previous experience as a transport worker, we see this as an advantage. We seek someone who is meticulous in their work and has a sense of service with a focus on customer and patient safety. As a person, you are confident and secure in your profession and maintain a positive attitude towards your colleagues as well as other partners. The work in the sterilization unit/transport is physically demanding, as it involves a lot of walking and standing, as well as heavy lifting. It is beneficial to enjoy physical work. We place great importance on personal suitability. A valid driver's license (B) is required.
